mine did that....In the center of the amp there are two Tall cylindrical capacitors, i think they are....one was loose..bad solder connection...unplug the amp and wait a while for the power to drain...take out the main circuit board...on the underside you can see the solder points for the capacitors..check for a broken connection and re solder

need info my fender stage 160 works for about 10 seconds and then turns to a bad hum??
